How can I get a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item?
If your items are damaged or packaged incorrectly, we will re-ship your items.
All damaged or incorrect items must be returned to us for verification prior to re-shipment. No refunds will be permitted.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to replace it for you. Please fill out a Return Authorization Form and mail the item back to us. This form must be included with your return in order to qualify for an exchange. |

All unopened items in which payment cleared within the last 15 days may be sent back to us for a full refund. Return shipping charges as well as original shipping and handling (S&H) charges will not be reimbursed. Refund will be issued by the original method of payment.
