Return
Items cannot be returned after 15 days from receipt. Returns will not be accepted unless you have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number which can be requested from our Customer Care Department. The RMA number will need to be placed on the label of your returned item. All returns must be in new condition. YouVogue has the right to refuse a returned item upon review if it is decided that the returned item is not in original condition. Return shipping charges and original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credits for returned items will be issued once items are received and reviewed by our returns department.

Exchange
The first exchange shipping charge will be reimbursed. We will credit the return shipping charges to your credit card based on the USPS priority mail rate. Please fill out the exchange form for the item(s) to be exchanged on the contact us form. Subsequent exchanges shipping charges of both ways will have to be paid by the customers unless prior arrangements have been made.
